A private tool that assembles the monthly accounting file for GD Cloud Company SRL.

What it does

Each month the company's bank emails a password-protected statement. This tool opens it, files it, collects the related invoices and receipts, checks every bank charge against a document, and lists anything still missing. Once the owner approves, it emails the completed file to the company's accountant.

Who uses it

One person: the owner of GD Cloud Company SRL. It is not offered to anyone else, has no sign-up, and holds no accounts other than the owner's own. It runs on the owner's own machine on a daily schedule.

Why it asks for Gmail and Drive access

• Gmail — to find the bank statement and forwarded supplier invoices, to read the owner's replies, and to send him the monthly checklist and the finished file. It does not delete mail.
• Google Drive — to create one folder per month and store that month's documents in it.
