contab is a private tool used by one person: the owner of GD Cloud Company SRL, operating on his own Google Account. There are no other users, no sign-up, and no third parties with access. This policy describes what the tool does with that single account's data.
gmail.modify) — reads the monthly bank statement email and its
attachment, reads forwarded supplier invoices and receipts, reads the owner's replies to its own
messages, and sends the owner a monthly checklist and the completed accounting file. The tool never
deletes messages. This scope is requested because sending mail and reading mail both require it.
drive) — creates one folder per month and writes that
month's documents into it: the bank statement, invoices, receipt photographs and a matching report.
It reads back only files inside those folders.
Solely to assemble that month's accounting file. Bank transactions are compared against invoices to determine which charges lack documentation. No data is used for any other purpose, and none of it is used to train models, build profiles, or generate advertising.
One recipient, chosen by the owner: the company's accountant, who receives the monthly file by email after the owner explicitly approves it. Nothing is sent without that approval. The data is not sold, transferred, or disclosed to anyone else, and no analytics or tracking service receives any of it.
The tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Documents remain in the owner's Drive for as long as he keeps them, under his own control, and can be deleted by him at any time. Authorisation can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page, which immediately stops all access; deleting the local token file has the same effect.
